Use the computer or the App version to access MyTowerHealth wherever you are.
MyTowerHealth is free to sign up and use.
- View test results
If a new test result is ready it will be sent to you around 9 a.m. each day. - Ask a question
Use this feature to ask non-urgent medical questions. Nurses collect the messages and send them to your provider. You can expect to hear back in 1-3 business days. Messages are saved in your chart.
Call 911 if you have a medical emergency. - Asking a question for another person
Since messages are part of the person’s permanent medical record, please be sure you are in that person’s MyTowerHealth record to ask a question. - Refill medications
Save time on the phone and request a refill for your medicine through MyTowerHealth. Your provider can send the script directly to your pharmacy. - Schedule a doctor’s visit
Schedule sick visits or well visits with your preferred doctor. - Learn more about your health

Yes. Managing an account for another person is called being a proxy.
- Child proxy allows you to have:
- Full access from birth through age 12 to all functions of the child’s MyTowerHealth account.
- A parent can manage the child’s MyTowerHealth account until the child reaches age 13. When a child turns 13 the state requires a parent to get teen proxy access.
- Teen Proxy allows you to:
- View demographics
- View advance directive and insurance information
- Modify email notifications
- Schedule an appointment
- Teen Proxy does not allow you to:
- View labs
- View notes
- View future appointments
- Adult Proxy allows you to have:
- Full access to all functions of the adult’s MyTowerHealth Health account.
- Teen proxy expires when a child turns 18. Parents interested in proxy access must request Adult Proxy Access.
- Access to the MyTowerHealth of any adult besides yourself
- Proxy access requires the permission of the teen or adult
- How to apply for proxy access:
- Paper method
Proxy forms are available under the Health tab in MyTowerHealth. Completed papers are mailed to the hospital at the address indicated. - Phone method

Yes. You can request copies of your medical record through MyTowerHealth.
- Navigate to Health, then under Medical Tools click Download My Record.
- In 3-5 business days you will receive an email telling you your records are ready to be viewed.
